I would call this Small / Medium. This item is listed as a Small in regards to mainly shoulder width. Otherwise it is fairly open. The belt is actually set quite large and would if being fitted to a smaller waist, I would move or remove the snap buttons to make it work accordingly. It can also work as a belt in front of body.
